Education Mentoring, Coaching, & Advocacy

Good educators have good mentors. If you’re lucky, this has come from previous supervisors, teachers, and other people in your network. But sometimes we find ourselves in new, unexpected, and novel situations. Robinson Edcational Partners have been there, and done that, and are happy to support you through this phase of your professional growth, over a particular hurdle, or long-term.

Sean has a long history of leadership roles in both public and private educational organizations. This has included organizing 400 vounteers for an summer artistic retreat, negotiating with state oversight for equitible program funding, serving as a crisis administrator with high-risk adolescents, as well as acting as the hiring and onboarding manager across multiple departments.

Most recently, Sean has begun working with families in supporting Special Education, acting as a liason with schools to ensure IEP and due process compliance.

Whether you need to float an idea by someone who’s a certified member of the Society of Human Resource Management, a trained Theraputic Crisis Intervention worker, or someone who’s supported angry parents, please reach out so we can talk through your needs. Everyone needs someone in their corner, sometimes.
